Export/Import of an Enterprise Capture Workspace Does Not Preserve the Client Profile Security Setting

When migrating a Capture workspaces from one enviroment to another (Dev to Stage), there is a requirement to export the Client Profile Security, however, this is stripped from the profiles when it is imported. Is there a way to export and import the Client Profile Security as part of this process?
