Symptoms
When importing from ODI 11.1.1.6.0 to 11.1.1.7.0 a pre-existing Procedure using SmartImport all is working fine when the number of steps between source and target are similar. However, when newly added steps are present in the export file, ODI imports the new added steps in an incorrect order.
