OHS Default Index.html Page Is Not Displaying after OAM Integration (Doc ID 1932582.1)

Symptoms

OHS directoryindex is set to index.html.

I have /index.html defined in OAM as excluded resource.

- For http://<OHS_HOST>:<OHS_PORT>/

  without OAM SSO, it displays index.html

- For http://<OHS_HOST>:<OHS_PORT>/index.html

  with OAM SSO, it displays index.html page.

- For http://<OHS_HOST>:<OHS_PORT>/

  with OAM SSO, it throws the following error;

The desired behavior is to display index.html page by default when hitting

 http://<OHS_HOST>:<OHS_PORT>/

 with OAM SSO

  "/" is added to the unprotected resource, but still not able to access http://<OHS_HOST>:<OHS_PORT>/
