DHCP Error When Installing OAS R3

Symptoms
Launch the Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.1 installer using ..\Disk1\setup.exe
During the prerequisite check phase of the install a dialog box pops up and displays:
"A DHCP configuration was detected on this host. The installer also detected that the local
hostname and the network hostname differ. Please resolve the networking issues by referring the
"Installing on DHCP Computers" section in the installation guide."
Changes
The server has three network interface cards (NICs) and all are using a static IP.
