"invalid identifier" SQLException: ORA-00904 error when performing Bulkload with multiple child forms (Doc ID 1932792.1)

Goal

Running OIM bulkload to import account data for an app.instance with multiple child objects causes OIM bulkload to select from the wrong source table which does not contain the columns to inserting into child object UD_ table.

This leads to the following exception :
