Unable to Communicate with WebLogic wsing 'inet-sdp' Family Address with OTD 11.1.1.7 (Doc ID 1933657.1)

Symptoms

When OTD 11.1.1.7 is configured to use 'inet' family everything works ok, and requests are sent to the 10.3.6 Weblogic Server as expected.

When OTD is configured to use 'inet-sdp' family an error is returned:

14-10-02T14:23:49+02:00] [net-OTD-Ethernet-HTTP] [ERROR:32] [OTD-10958] [] [ecid: ECID] [rid: 0] [pid: PID] [virtual-server: test-VS] for host xx.xx.xx.xx trying to GET /registry/uddi/inquiry/1.0/wsdl, service-http reports: unable to contact <WEBLOGIC_HOSTNAME>:<PORT> (Connection reset by peer)
