Unable to Communicate with WebLogic wsing 'inet-sdp' Family Address with OTD 220.127.116.11

When OTD 22.214.171.124 is configured to use 'inet' family everything works ok, and requests are sent to the 10.3.6 Weblogic Server as expected.
When OTD is configured to use 'inet-sdp' family an error is returned:
