Lotus Notes Connector - Delete Person In Domino Directory Is Not Working

Symptoms

When the Lotus Notes account is revoked, the process completes successfully OIM shows the user as revoked.

However, the user still has an account in Lotus Notes and the Notes admin does not see an approval request for deletion
