New OID 11g Replication Environment Fails to Replicate. Replication Log Error: ORA error = 1756 message = ORA-01756: quoted string not properly terminated

Symptoms
Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g, i.e., 11.1.1.7.0.
Created other environments previous exactly as this one, with the same replication configuration, and all are running fine.
On this one environment, after replication configuration, testing by creating two simple OUs entries under the users container (cn=users,dc=<COMPANY>,dc=com) never replicates to the other nodes.
Replication log shows:

gsldudiSetSqlStmt: Sql prepare failed (INSERT into attr_uniqueness (EntryID, AttrValue, AttrType, Constraint) ( SELECT entryid, attrvalue, attrtype, 3315 from CT_uid where entryid in ( SELECT dn.entryid from ct_dn dn, ct_objectclass obj where dn.parentdn='dc=com,dc=<COMPANY>,cn=users,ou=<OU>, AND obj.attrvalue='inetorgperson' AND dn.entryid = obj.entryid)) LOG ERRORS INTO attr_uniqueness_log ('uid') REJECT LIMIT 1000)
ORA error = 1756 message = ORA-01756: quoted string not properly terminated
An oidcmprec operation=compare report shows no differences for realm entries between the nodes. An oiddiag report shows no problems or inconsistencies, and the OID Database (DB) alert log shows no related errors either.
