Symptoms
Upgrading BI Publisher Scheduler from 10g to 11g.
This is a clustered environment.
In the Scheduler Diagnostics page the following error appears:
Start Error: JMSAdminWrapper failed to start JMSWrapper, javax.naming.AuthenticationException[Root exception is javax.security.auth.login.FailedLoginException:[Security:090304]Authentication Failed: User BISystemUser javax.security.auth.login.FailedLoginException: [Security:090302]Authentication Failed: User BISystemUser denied] Authentication Filed:User BISystemUser denied]
