Subscription Error After Upgrade - The Storage Rule Webasset Is Not Defined Or Misconfigured (Doc ID 1934943.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from 11g PS3 to 11.1.1.8 MLR3 the "My Subscriptions" link errors out for users who have any subscriptions. The error seen in Content Server logs is -

Unable to generate HTML page. Unable to load next row of result set 'SUBSCRIPTION_LIST'. Cannot compute the content information for content list. The storage rule 'webasset' is not defined or misconfigured. Cannot compute the content information for content list. The storage rule 'webasset' is not defined or misconfigured.

There is no Storage rule called webasset in the upgraded environment, nor was there one in the earlier version.

Changes

 Upgrade from 11.1.1.4 to 11.1.1.8.
