SOA 11g: Wrong Data Length after Enqueue (Doc ID 1935005.1)

A customized data type contains binary data in the BLOB field. The data are encoded in BASE64 format.  After enqueue, the length of this data is changed, so the receiver of this data reads it as corrupted.

For example, the BPEL process sends a message of 80 Bytes (coded in to BASE64) to the queue and in the queue the data are 81 Bytes.
