Refresh Button On User Details Does Not Refresh UDF Attributes After Modify operation (Doc ID 1935092.1)

Clicking on the Refresh Button on the user attributes page, after modifying a user attribute, the attribute is not updated. If one closes the page, search for the user again and open the page then the attribute is refreshed. This appears to only affect UDFs.

Here are the steps to reproduce the error:

1 Created a new user
2 Click on "modify user" for that user
3 Modify a UDF
4 Click submit
5 Now click "refresh" on the user detail page that was already open. The UDF was not updated
