Human Task workflow Notification emails are not rendered or displayed correctly in Microsoft Outlook and GMail

The same emails render fine in Thunderbird.

Issues might include :-

- The Title/header is wrapped after each word at the top of email

- OKCancel is erroneously displayed at bottom of email

- The following error is displayed at the bottom of the email :-

    Error Message:
    Document Store not available. Please configure the document store.
