Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Configuration & Deployment Issues (WSM in EM and WLS Consoles, Attaching Policies, OWSM-MDS Data Source, etc)
When using an OSB Proxy service, an SSL certificate can be retrieved correctly. However, in OWSM the certificate cannot be retrieved using the following code:
