Editing Builder Page Access Causes a Corruption on The Page, and Changes are Not Saved (DB - Error in log is PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'SYNCRN' (Doc ID 1936597.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


It is not possible to change the Access settings on the Portal Builder Page in Portal running on an Database.

After editing the Builder Page Access and unchecking the 'Display Page to Public Users' and clicking Apply, the page is redisplayed and looks corrupt with the page repeating itself twice.

These errors are seen in the WLS_portal-diagnostic.log
