12c: Business Services Missing in Project Overview after Import of Configuration JAR (Doc ID 1936650.1)

Symptoms

You created an OSB project and deployed it from JDeveloper 12c to the OSB server. Later on the OSB project is modified in the OSB Console by adding some Business Services. The project is then re-imported in JDeveloper to synchronize the changes.

All resources are updated in JDeveloper but the Project Overview (graphic design) does not show the new Business Services.

Changes

 OSB project was modified in the OSB Console and re-imported to JDeveloper 12c.
