We are receiving " 401 Authorization Required" message from 11gR2 PS2 webgate for OAM Mobile and Social service domain web pages(when User-Agent is provided to match configured value in SSO Agent user defined parameters).
We didn't notice issue with 11gR2 PS1 webgate. Behaviour has changed between PS1 -> PS2 webgate with respect to mobile and social. Irrespective of Mobile and Social also PS2 involves redirects for unprotected web pages which was not the case with PS1 webgate.

Changes

 With R2 PS2, access to anonymous resources will redirect to Server for authentication (no user response required).
