Symptoms

A Web Service is being invoked from a MAF application that returns some information from a backend system.
The first time it is called, it correctly returns Content-Length, but subsequent calls fail.

MAF is unable to consume the REST service when no Content-Length is returned. The content is always returned as an empty string.
There is no other symptom on the MAF side other than an empty payload returned.
