One of the processes that is seen consuming CPU on Citrix servers and desktops with Logon Manager running is the WMIPRVSE process.

The Client Process IDsfor WMI was traced to the active PID for IDCONTEXT.EXE, which was constantly querying WMI.

IDCONTEXT is a Logon Manager process.

On the Citrix server this appears to be coming from all users logged onto the system at any given time.
