現象

Fusion Middleware 11g (PFRD インストールタイプ) のmodplsql アプリケーションへアクセスする際に、DAD 構成で、TNSFormat 接続文字列を使用している場合に 次のエラーが発生することがあります。

TNS could not resolve service name
Verify that the TNS name in the connectstring entry of the DAD for this URL is valid.
ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified Error-Code:12154 Error TimeStamp:Wed, 18 May 2011 11:22:39 GMT
