In WebCenter Portal a Saved Search Returns Less Results Than it's Live Search

Symptoms
In certain situations, when using the Live Search in WebCenter Portal directly, more results are returned than when executing an identical Saved Search query (using the Saved Searches task flow). Most notably, the tags and tagged items are missing from the Saved Search results.
For example:
In a WebCenter Portal, or Group Space, create a new page and add the Search Tool Bar (or search) taskflow, and the Saved Search taskflow.
- Edit the Search tool Bar (or search) taskflow, set scope to #{spaceContext.currentSpaceGUID}, and include the following services:
- Enable the documents page, create two wiki documents: test1, and edbad1.
- Add the following tag to both: test.
- Use the search taskflow that was added to search for test:
Note: The following example represents a fictitious sample. Any similarity to an actual Portal users is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.
- Note the results:
-Save the results, and share with the Portal/Group Space.
-Go to the Saved Search taskflow, and select the Saved Search. Note that tags and tagged items do not appear:
