[FRM-93308 FRM-93322 when Forms 11gR2 is Configured with Multi-tenancy/Realms in OID (Doc ID 1938994.1)

Using Oracle Forms 11gR2, when configured the OID with multiple realms (e.g. DEV, GLD, BAS, TST) for the different environments.

 Forms-based applications are throwing errors when authenticating users.

( Error Message :-

[DTG] [WLS_FORMS] [ERROR] [FRM-93308] [oracle.forms.servlet] [tid: <TID>] [userId: ] [ecid: <ECID>] [APP: formsapp#11.1.2] [FORMS_SESSION_ID: WLS_FORMS.formsapp.13] [URI: /forms/frmservlet] [SRC_CLASS: oracle.forms.servlet.FormsOIDContext] [SRC_METHOD: getUserDN] Unable to get the User Distinguished Name (DN) for the User or the Subscriber

[DTG] [WLS_FORMS] [NOTIFICATION] [FRM-93322] [oracle.forms.servlet] [tid: <TID>] [userId: ] [ecid: <ECID>] [APP: formsapp#11.1.2] [FORMS_SESSION_ID: WLS_FORMS.formsapp.13] [URI: /forms/frmservlet] [SRC_CLASS: oracle.forms.servlet.FormsServlet$Request] [SRC_METHOD: doRequest] unable to obtain user credentials; redirecting to Delegated A


Other errors that may be seen are:

Error 500 --Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Trnasfer Protocol--HTTP/1.1:
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error
The Server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling request



 Configured the OID from single realms to multiple realms or a container other than cn=users.
