Wrong Request Ids Displayed On The Entitlements Tab Of A User

Issue: On Entitlements tab the request ID shown is wrong for the selected user, when we select a user and click on its Entitlements tab, the request IDs displayed are not related to the requested Entitlements.

Test case:
1. The user has already one Entitlement : ARC
2. We create a request for two new Entitlements : Custody + ADR
3. In the Entitlements tab of the user, the data in the Request Ids column is wrong.

  Custody : Request ID 752
  ARC : Request ID 751

  Custody : Request ID 751
  ADR : Request ID 752
