eSSO Tracecontroller Log File May Not Fully Display All Entries On a Different OS Version (Doc ID 1939679.1)

Under certain conditions a tracecontroller log file (see Doc ID 739602.1 - How to Use Tracecontroller Logging) created on one version of a Microsoft Windows OS will not display properly when loaded in another version of a Microsoft Windows OS. The file will load successfully and log entries will be visible. However some content will fail to get displayed without any notification to the user. The file is seemingly displayed correctly but not all content is shown.

It was verified that a tracecontroller file created on Windows 7 (64bit) does not display correctly on Windows 2003 (about 20% of the entries are dropped).

Note that this is not related to 32bit vs 64bit OSs. A file created on Windows 7 64bit will display properly on Windows 7 32bit and the other way around.
