Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, B2B Engine

Outbound acknowledgement messages are stuck in PROCESSING state and messages are not being sent to a trading partner.

STEPS
-----------------------
1) Receive an inbound document from a trading partner.
2) Send acknowledgemment.
3) Stuck messages occur.
