Goal

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Fabric

Weblogic user with Monitor and Operator Group unable to view composites

User needs the ability to view composites in EM for SOA. In SOA 11.1.1.6 the user was assigned to the Monitors and Operators groups but this is not working in 11.1.1.7.
