Goal

How to configure and pass HTTP header variable:
Apex authorization with Access Manager using HTTP header variable is configured using document 1470258.1. The authentication is working fine, but still it is not possible to pass additional HTTP header variables to APEX, e.g. OAM_REMOTE_USER_GROUPS and OAM_REMOTE_USER_EMAIL.

- Checked with "sys.owa_util.print_cgi_env" and the values of those variables are always empty.
- Checked with OAM test tool that authentication and authorization between Access Manager and APEX are working fine.
