Applicative Server Parameter –n In SERVOPTS(5) Of Tuxedo Doesn’t Work on Linux (Doc ID 1941455.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 19, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Tuxedo - Version 12.1.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Right now, even if in ubbconfig  "-n 10" had been specified the ps -o pid, comm,ni,pri, rtprio -p theProcessIDOfApplmcativeServerWith-n_option show default values: NIce(0)/PRiority(19).

How to set up the SERVOPTS(5) parameter "-n" on Linux platform to get nice value actually updated (means "ps -o ni" displays the accurate value)?
