Entitlements Are Not Shown In The Application Instance Or In The Catalog for a Connector that was Imported (Doc ID 1941795.1)

Symptoms

The OID connector was installed and the customizations done in the LDAP User forms in one environment was moved to the new one (custom fields, adapters, pre-populates, process tasks).
The connector seems to work correctly for reconciliation and provisioning, but there is a problem with the entitlements.

The job "LDAP Connector Group Lookup Reconciliation" was run and the values in the lookup Lookup.LDAP.Group have been updated correctly.

The job "Entitlement List" was run, but the application instance created for this connector doesn't show the entitlement list. The "Catalog Synchronization" job was also run, but still the entitlements cannot be seen in the catalog.

Target reconciliation for the users was run, so the entitlements can be seen assigned to the users, but not in the catalog.

Checking in the database, the entitlements are present in the table ENT_LIST although ENT_VALID=0.
