"Internal Server Error 500" when trying to access Task Forms after integrating SOA/BPM with OAM (Doc ID 1942230.1)

Symptoms

In this situation tasks are deployed on a seperate managed server. When attempting to open instances that are using those tasks forms you get an "Internal Server Error". Checking the separate server that's hosting the ADF task forms you see an error:

  

TaskFlow Registration: TaskFlowPropsUtil.setTaskDisplayInfo - using namespace - http://xmlns.oracle.com/FDNY1035/FDNY1035Process/EnterServiceInformationTask
TaskFlow Registration: TaskFlowPropsUtil.setTaskDisplayInfo (private) - begin
TaskFlow Registration: TaskFlowPropsUtil.setTaskDisplayInfo (private) - obtaining existing taskDisplayInfo for namespace: http://xmlns.oracle.com/ADNY1035/ADNY1035Process/AnterServiceInformationTask
< Error while setting task display, this can happen with app loading issue, trying to load for 4>
