Symptoms
CoS Production status page shows several errors -
CoS:
CONFIGURATION_ERROR - Failed to initialize runtime: facility DatabaseFacilityImpl. See logs for details.
RUNTIME_ERROR - CacheValidator failed. Error: PageCache instance is not initialized.
Production CS:
VALIDATION_ERROR - java.lang.NullPointerException http://hostname/cs
CONNECTION_ERROR - CAS response code: 404 http://hostname/cas/login
CONNECTION_ERROR - REST CAS is DOWN: Reason: Failed to acquire TGT. HTTP response code 400 http://hostname/cas
