Unable to Create WebCenter Content: Imaging SDATA Application Fields Even After Increasing The Number Of SDATA Sections in Imaging (Doc ID 1942630.1)

Symptoms

Unable to create an application with the full text search option enabled. The date and integer field options are grayed out when trying to create new fields. Also, when modifying existing non-full text applications to the full text option, the following error occurs: 

Cannot modify application. Repository is full. SDATA is full.

The number of SDATA sections has been increased within WebCenter Content, but these type of fields are still not able to be added to Imaging, per <Document 1607548.1> - How To Increase The Number Of SDATA Sections To More Than 32 When Using OracleTextSearch.
