Incorrect OBX 7 (Reference Range) definition for HL7

For a HL7 message, when doing a simple mapping of OBX, the 7th element, reference range, does not map correctly. In the example below pay attention to the |136-144^136^144| segment after mmol/L

After a 1:1 transformation, the 7th element, reference range is split into 3 elements. This shifts the meaning of each of the subsequent fields, corrupting the meaning of the data. In the Oracle Document Editor, when looking at the Oracle definition for the HL7 standard, it is incorrectly defined as just 1 string element. It should probably be defined similarly to the 6th element, Units to accommodate the range, as well as the bounds.

As this corrupts the meaning of the data, this is a patient safety issue. An updated data library is needed.
