Deadlock On oracle.mds.core.ClientObjectWrapper.getValue and oracle.mds.core.MOContent.getMDocument in ADF (Doc ID 1943286.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.1.0 version, ADF Core (Architecture, Model, Controllers, Business Comps. and Security)

Deadlock on the server.

A deadlock is logged in the logs of the WebLogic server setup deploying an ADF application. After the deadlock, the managed server tries to restart automatically because it is in failed state without success, so the managed server has to be restarted manually.
