Error after Upgrade to 126.96.36.199, 'error exception.70401'

After upgrading from 184.108.40.206.0 to 220.127.116.11.0 the following error is thrown when inspecting the content of the response of the process initiated in step 1 the initiate activity. From a Receive activity in the Audit Trail window, the "Payload XML" is completely blank.
