Unable to Manage OHS Instance From FMW Console Due to Local Host (Doc ID 1943387.1)

Symptoms

OHS 12c

Registered OHS instance on EM/FMW Control.
Server is seen installed on "localhost" instead of the real Host Name.

This makes not possible to start up ohs1 instance from console.
