My Oracle Support Patched&Updates search does not show any rolling patch available for Tuxedo 12.1.1 64bits Visual Studio 2012 on Windows 2012 R2 x64

Note: using the wrong patch(that is to say, not the same Windows Visual Studio as installed) may result in a installation failure message of the type "Error! Cannot read TUXDIR value from registry."
