Symptoms

Stuck threads on com.oracle.injection.provider.weld.WeldBeanManager.injectOnExternalInstance , 100% CPU due to WELD under high load

Issue occurs after running a heavy stress test over environment. Over collecting thread dumps, we can see concurrent signatures of CDI injection being stuck, during a put activity.
