Webcenter Sites Applications Fail to Load (Blank Screen) Due to Java Script Error in WemContext.js (Doc ID 1943796.1)

Symptoms

Unable to load any applications (e.g. Admin UI, Contributor UI, etc...) in WEM UI.

After clicking on an application icon, a blank screen is displayed with some JavaScript errors in browser console, for example:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'get' of undefined WemContext.js:151
Context.getUserData WemContext.js:151
Context.getSiteName WemContext.js:204
(anonymous function) ContentServer?pagename=fatwire/wem/integration/processWemRequest&application=uc1:71

Changes

Users might be exporting/importing elements between different WCSites versions, e.g. 11.1.1.6.1 <-> 11.1.1.8.0
