Symptoms

Approved requests are failing with the following errors are shown in the IDMDomain.log file:

ORABPEL-30081

Workflow Service Engine callback to SOA mesh failed.
Callback operation onTaskCompleted from default/MiscApprovalComposite/ApprovalTask to ApprovalProcess/ApprovalTask.TaskService_1 failed with error: Schema validation failed for message part payload. Please ensure at the message sender level that the data sent is schema compliant.
Check the underlying exception. Ensure that the SOA composite is configured correctly.

Caused By: oracle.fabric.common.FabricInvocationException: Schema validation failed for message part payload. Please ensure at the message sender level that the data sent is schema compliant.

Changes

The issue happens because Payload Validation has been enabled at either the composite or server level.
