Check-In/Update of Record Items via WebDAV/ DIS Client Fails when the Folder/Record Item has a Record Filing Date (Doc ID 1945569.1)

Symptoms

1) When attempting to update an record item from MS Word with the DIS client, the following error is observed: "Record Filing Date' does not contain a valid date."

2) When attempting to Check-In content to WCCREC instance using WebDav or folders, the following error is observed: "File(Name of file) too large for destination file system."

For both transactions, the log shows:
