EoIB Networks on Exalogic Compute Node Not Accessible with "ibstat" command IB Port state showing as DOWN (Doc ID 1946081.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic environments issue of EoIB networks of Compute Nodes not accessible is observed.

In this scenario failover was done on the IB Switches where master was moved from one Switch to another by reboot of primary switch running the master. After the failover EoIB networks on the Compute Nodes were not accessible.

Looking at the "ibstat" command output on the compute node it was observed that the IB Switch port state was showing as down instead of up. Following is ibstat command output.
