Unable to log into ODSM With OAM -- Empty Error Pop-up Window (Doc ID 1946406.1)

Symptoms

Unable to log into ODSM through OAM.

User gets authenticated from OAM and redirected to ODSM page, an empty error popup dialog box appears and user can not get into ODSM.  The user can not do anything in ODSM.  The ODSM shows the user as logged and SSO connection also appears along with authenticated user, but clicking on SSO authenticated user does not yield any thing.

 

Changes

 Setup integration between ODSM and OAM using the following:

Oracle® Fusion Middleware Administrator's Guide for Oracle Internet Directory 11g Release 1 (11.1.1) Part Number E10029-05
Section 7.4.2 Configuring ODSM for SSO Integration
Section 7.4.3 Configuring the SSO Server for ODSM Integration
Section 7.4.4 Configuring the Oracle HTTP Server for ODSM-SSO Integration

Set OID as the OAM indentity store for authn scheme/plugin being used.
