CN=Users Container (or Node) Of Default Realm Not Visible In Oidadmin Tool (Doc ID 1947748.1)

Symptoms

 After connecting to the OIDADMIN / ODM (Oracle Directory Manager)  tool and navigating through the tree structure; there is no cn=users container/node visible under the default realm (dc=xxx,dc=<COMPANY>,dc=com).

The groups container/node is visible and the users defined in the group can be found when a search is executed.Executing ldapsearch on individual users produces the error "no result found".  

When attempting to recreate the cn=users container, the error "already in use" is thrown.

Changes

 Issued a bulkdeleted on cn=users container.
