Unable to Login to EMOC After restarting the Control Stack In Exalogic Virtual Release

In Exalogic Virtual release 2.0.6.x.x issue of unable to login to EMOC console is observed after restarting the Exalogic Control stack.
In this case Control stack was restarted using Exabr as part of backup process. The steps involved in this Exabr backup process are as follows
- exabr stop controlstack
- exabr backup controlstack
- exabr start controlstack
After the Control stack restart EMOC shows as online when running ecadm status command. But when logging into EMOC fails.
The Control stack was stopped to take the ExaBR. Upon starting, the user was unable to login to EMOC.
