Symptoms

After schema modification, getting errors such as:

    : javax.naming.directory.SchemaViolationException: [LDAP: error code 65 - An error occurred while attempting to update password policy state information for user uid=<USER_A>:  Entry <USER_A> cannot not be modified because the resulting entry would have violated the server schema:  Entry <USER_A> violates the Directory Server schema configuration because it includes attribute <attributeName> which is not allowed by any of the objectclasses defined in that entry]
