XMLPost does not update flex attribute correctly when there are equal signs ('=') in the new attribute value (Doc ID 1948361.1)

Symptoms

After using XMLPost - OpenMarket/Gator/XMLPost/modifyData element - to update a flex attribute, XMLPost log reports success (and the modified date of the asset changes) but the value of the attribute is not updated.

Note that in this sample, we are trying to modify the value of the sampleAttr flex attribute, which is a single-valued text type attribute.
