RP/TUX How To Avoid Implicit tpinit() In A Tuxedo /WS Workstation Client?
(Doc ID 1948556.1)
Last updated on FEBRUARY 14, 2024
Applies to:
Oracle Tuxedo - Version 11.1.1.2.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
When using Tuxedo /WS workstation clients, if the network between client and server is disconnected or the client does not call tpinit(), a Tuxedo tpinit() ATMI API execution will be called implicitly when a
tpcall() or another server calling ATMI calls. However , an implicit tpinit() is executed only in default mode(single context mode), so multicontext clients will fail to call tpinit().
How to avoid this implicit tpinit() automatic execution completely and control by application?
