WebCenter Content Deadlocks Occurring where Two or More Threads are Blocked and Waiting for Each Other

Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.6.0 version, Content Server
When attempting to use batchloader to batchload content items having four or more revisions, deadlocks are being detected and the following error occurs.

The issue cannot be reproduced at will but seems to occur with the following steps:
1. Use Batchloader to upload content to the content server which contains 4 or more revisions
2. This query runs: 'UrevClassesLockBydDocName(UPDATE RevClasses SET dRevClassID = dRevClassID WHERE dDocName = 'ERPINV290622
3. The two threads are waiting for each other to finish but neither does so they are deadlocked
