Symptoms

When WebLogic Server is starting, ADRCI.exe crashes.
ADRCI is a ADR (Automatic Diagnostic Repository) command-line tool that is part of the fault diagnosability infrastructure.

In the case of Windows environment, the following popup message is displayed.
